Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All products sold on The Growth Craft are digital downloads (Instagram templates editable on Canva). Once a purchase is completed, the product is instantly accessible, and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

In rare and genuine cases, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds Duration (If approved)

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@thegrowthcraft.com.
